Often not. Many firms limit promotional codes to new challenge purchases and exclude resets. The reset checkout page is the only reliable place to find out — if the price does not change after applying the code, it does not cover resets.
Checkout systems used by prop firms generally accept one promotional code per order, so stacking is usually not possible. If a second code is accepted, the total shown before payment will tell you.
Common reasons: the code expired, it was limited to one use per customer, it only applies to certain plans or account sizes, it excludes resets and add-ons, or it is restricted by region. Codes shared on forums and social media are also frequently out of date.
Compare the order total before and after entering the code, on the final payment step. Currency, taxes and add-ons can change the figure, so read the total rather than the advertised percentage.
